Delivery & Returns
We deliver to anywhere in the world, except BFPO addresses and PO boxes. UK Mainland orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail. Deliveries to all other countries can take up to two weeks for delivery. During busy times this may be slightly longer. Please note that working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends.
If Toto London receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery regarding any problems with goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
We dispatch our parcels as soon as possible.
Our UK delivery charge is:
· Standard delivery between 5 - 7 working days: £4.99
· Express delivery between 1 - 2 working days: £8.99
· EUROPE - Standard Delivery between 7 - 10 working days £8.99
· USA / CANADA - Standard Delivery up to 14 working days £12.99
· OTHER DESTINATIONS WORLDWIDE - Standard Delivery up to 14 working days £18.99
Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail and are trackable.
If in the unlikely event you wish to return goods to Toto London for any reason please contact Milly and Rebecca on email@example.com to make the appropriate arrangements.
All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt and on the condition that they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached.

Providing everything is in order the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.
Unless your item is damaged you will need to pay the postage on your returned item(s). We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned for credit and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.
